Fighting Pediatric Cancer Through Research Funding!

The Massachusetts General Hospital Boston Marathon Team runs in support of Pediatric Cancer care and research as well as emergency preparedness programs.

What is the Fire Walk Challenge?
The Fire Walk Challenge is a fundraising effort in which participants are challenged by their friends and fellow participants to walk the Fire Walk or donate to support Pediatric Cancer research with Dr. Howard Weinstein, Unit Cheif, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, Mass General Hospital.

Who started the Fire Walk Challenge?
The fundraising effort has been organized by the friends and family of Harry Burns, who was diagnosed with ALL leukemia in the spring of 2015. Since his diagnosis he has been under the exceptional and loving care of Dr. Howard and his team at Massachusetts General Hospital.

We are organizing and promoting this effort as a way to express our gratitude to all those who are helping with this fight.
